This page sets out the full terms covering accounts, finances, bonuses, and responsible gambling that all players must read and follow when using the af59 platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement governing access to, registration on, and use of the af59 platform (https://af59.wine). By continuing to use the platform, the player is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

af59 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform, and continuing to play after an announcement constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. We recommend reading this page regularly.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on the af59 platform, players must meet the following requirements—

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must register using accurate personal information.
  • Only one account per person is permitted. If more than one account is opened, af59 has the right to suspend those accounts.
  • Personal details (name, phone number, payment method) must be accurate. Fraudulent registration may result in loss of funds.
  • The account must be used only by the registered person. Transferring an account to a third party is not allowed.

1.1 Password Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account login details secure. af59 is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorised access to an account by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected].

1.2 Account Verification (KYC)

af59 may verify a player's identity (KYC) when a withdrawal is requested or when deemed necessary. Withdrawals will only be processed after a successful KYC check; otherwise, funds may be held.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). Available payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

2.1 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
  • Minimum withdrawal: 30,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes after the request is submitted

2.2 Deposits

When making a deposit, you must correctly enter the payment details provided by af59. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact Live Chat. Bonuses will not be credited until the deposit is confirmed.

2.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered under the same name as your af59 account. Players must withdraw to the same bank or payment method used for the deposit, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. If a withdrawal is delayed, the reason will be communicated to the player promptly.

Under its Anti-Money Laundering policy, af59 may investigate suspicious financial activity and, where necessary, place a hold on funds for an extended period.

3. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Please read and follow the terms and conditions for all bonuses and promotions offered by af59. Funds received from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the applicable requirements have been met.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at af59 will receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to 500,000 Ks.

  • Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, a wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks must be met.
  • Example 2: Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 1,020,000 Ks. To withdraw, a wagering requirement of 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks must be met.

This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before this requirement is met, the bonus funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Opting Out of a Bonus

Players may choose to decline a bonus and make a deposit without one. Once a bonus has been credited, af59 reserves the right to decide whether it can be reversed, on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 VIP Cashback

af59's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are as follows—

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback will be applied according to the terms set by af59, and the cashback amount increases as you move up the VIP tiers.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

The af59 platform must be used for fair and legitimate purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited—

  • Using software, bots, automation scripts, or hacking methods to play
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes
  • Using an account for money laundering purposes
  • Opening and operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, payment method, or device
  • Intentional bonus abuse
  • Engaging in chip dumping, or using clearly deliberate loss strategies

If any such violation is detected, af59 reserves the right to close the account and void all funds held within it without prior notice.

4.1 Game Result Verification

af59 games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce fair results, and this technology is applied so players can verify outcomes. If you have any concerns about a game, you can submit them via Live Chat.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, code, and advertisements on the af59 platform are the intellectual property of af59. Players may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any material from the platform without permission.

The af59 platform is provided for players' personal enjoyment only. Use for resale, trading, or any commercial purpose is not permitted.

6. Privacy & Data Security

8.1 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or server outage occurs during gameplay, af59 will refer to its logs to resolve the matter. If the issue is caused by a problem with the player's own phone or computer connection, af59 is not responsible.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any matter between a player and af59 should first be addressed through Live Chat or via [email protected]. af59's customer service operates 24 hours in Myanmar language and will resolve issues through fair discussion.

If a matter cannot be resolved through Live Chat, you may submit full details to [email protected] and af59 will make every effort to find a resolution. af59's decision is considered final.

10. Account Closure & Service Termination

Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure, a withdrawal can be requested before the account is closed.

If af59 finds that a player has violated the terms and conditions, af59 has the right to close that account immediately without prior notice. The player has no legal right to make claims against af59 as a result of such closure.

The service may be temporarily suspended for technical or business reasons, and af59 will notify customers of such situations.
